Important results from the project

Vi förstod tidigt att projektet behövde drivas som i huvudsak två parallella delprojekt, ett där vi specificerade behov av teknisk infrastruktur med finansiering och ett där vi utvecklade den långsiktiga visionen och modellering av hur attrahera rätt tester för att stärka dialogen mellan samhälle och innovations-ekosystemet. Kanske underskattade vi utmaningen att på sex månader både ensa konsortiets gemensamma drivkrafter samt att säkerställa finansiering. Vi konstaterar vi stärkts i tron att idén är bärkraftig och vi kommer att fortsatt engagerat utveckla den.

Expected long term effects

During the project it has been confirmed that the original idea is unique and viable, and that it is very easy to attract new players to it. Our ambition, to ensure co-financing for such an extensive investment needs of a multi-year initiative, in just six months, was however to underestimate the challenge, why we in 2015 will continue to work to ensure both its vision and action plans as well as the financing solution.

Approach and implementation

Early on we realized that the project needed to be operated as essentially two parallel sub-projects, one in which we specified the need for technological infrastructure incl. financing, and one where we developed the vision and modeling of how to attract the right tests to strengthen the bonds between society and the innovation ecosystem. We underestimated the challenge to in six months both unite the consortium´s common motivations and securing of the financing. We have been strengthened in our belief that the idea is viable and will remain engaged in developing it to implementation.
