IP strategy Nodified

Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project was to, together with a patent consultant, identify existing intellectual properties and conduct market research on competing technologies in order to establish a sustainable IP strategy for Nodified, all of which as been done according to plan.

Expected results and effects

The project has resulted in an IP strategy and implementation plan that highlights what intellectual properties Nodified should protect, in what way to protect them and what is important to consider in the future when new or existing assets are developed or changed.

Planned approach and implementation

Moment A: Intellectual properties have been identified and analyzed together with a patent consultant through physical meetings and over the phone. Moment B: Market research on competing technologies and companies has been conducted and accounted for. Moment C: An IP strategy and implementation plan has been conducted and presented according to plan.
