Purpose and goal
We have made an inventory of intangible assets within the VQ Group with special focus on the service VQ Legal and the TrueAgreement project. Thereafter, we have established an IP strategy with an action plan for its implementation.
Expected results and effects
We have gained a greater awareness of the intellectual property rights and received a clear status report with an action plan for the continued work regarding our IP work.
Planned approach and implementation
The work has been carried out in such a way that we have done reviews with our IP consultant and we have worked internally to summarize our services and the issues we consider relevant. Subsequently, a workshop was conducted with the IP consultant to clearly document this. Finally, we have had a reconciliation meeting with the IP consultant to receive the report on conclusions and proposals for an action plan. This has later been confirmed och decided at a reconciliation meeting internally.
