Purpose and goal
The project aimed to structure immaterial properties in order to meet with future due diligences. Activities has been performed, including inventory of existing immaterial properties and gap analys compared to desired state. A competitor analysis helped to set this desired state.
Expected results and effects
One of the main deliveries from the project was to bring forward an activity list of what should be done to obtain a fully covering and solid intellectual property portfolio. Well defined activities has been described of what needs to be done and those will be executed according to a time plan.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has had a very clear goal. The project call was also very precise in its character and therefore conducting the project has been very straight forward according to a well known definition of IP Strategy. The process has worked very smooth and efficient.
