We now have everything needed to create an IP strategy. Our strategy can be completed after some management decisions required.

The layout of the project worked very well, it consisted of Part A - Identification and ownership issues regarding Elvine´s intangible assets. Part B - Screening of Elvin´s situation. Part C - Development of strategy and plan for implementation. Identification of risks. Summary and action points for Elvine based on the analysis made by the company
