Purpose and goal
The goal for project project was to find a structured and value-creating way of managing the IP in Findity.
Expected results and effects
The outcome has been to full satisfaction. We have received three reports and a half-day training session which has given us tools and knowledge to manage our IP in a good way.
Planned approach and implementation
The project included the following three parts: Part 1 (Jan-Feb): Identification and analysis of intellectual properties Part 2 (March): 2. Landscaping analysis Part 3 (April.Maj): Development of IP Strategy We have received written reports for each part - as well as a final half-day training session end of May.
