Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to strengthen the knowledge of what constitutes companies´ intangible assets and what we can do to protect them. We are very happy with what we received with us in the work with Bergenstråhle.
Expected long term effects
In the final delivery we received a thorough checklist with concrete suggestions on what we can work with. With the list as a starting point, we will regularly (quarterly) tune in to the fact that we have an overview of existing areas and, just as importantly, make sure that we update the list of new points that come to light.
Approach and implementation
We have received an overview of our intangible assets and a competitive analysis. The format of the project has suited us well, where we sat for a couple of hours at each occasion. We did well with what we were supposed to do, and the project management was well adapted to achieve the goal in time.
