Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to develop a customer-specific demonstrator vehicle for a vehicle manufacturer. This has been carried out with very good results and led to an in-depth customer relationship and continued product collaboration with product integration in one of the vehicle manufacturer´s vehicle applications.
Expected results and effects
The project has resulted in that Kasi Technologies AB has secured vital knowledge and being able to expand and deepen our customer relations with some of the world´s largest vehicle manufacturers. In parallel with this we have started supplier cooperations in Sweden with among others; SKF, MVUSAB and Creator Technical Development. In the United States, we have established an Production Agreement with Linamar since 2017. Linamar also have the opportunity to assist in logistics and Production Capacity at an expected upshift even in Europe, primarily Germany / France / Spain.
Planned approach and implementation
Aside from the fact that the Project time has had to be extended due to incoming customer orders from other vehicle manufacturers, the project has been able to fulfill it Goals & Purposes according to the original plan with available resources.
