Intellectual property rights strategy for ArgusEye AB

Purpose and goal

The aim of the project was to identify and analyse intellectual property assets at ArgusEye AB and develop a strategic plan for how theses should be managed. The project har been carried out entirely according to the plan described in the application and the project goals have all been achieved.

Expected results and effects

The project has resulted in several documents describing the company´s current intellectual property assets as well as a strategy on how these should be treated regarding the company´s current business plan and business areas. The information generated by the project will be very valuable for the company´s future commercialization plans.

Planned approach and implementation

The project was carried out in collaboration with the consulting firm Bergenstråhle & Partners and was divided into three different parts. A) Identification and analysis of intellectual property assets B) External analysis C) Development of IP strategy Each project part has resulted in a report that has been carefully discussed together with the management of ArgusEye.
