Purpose and goal

The objective of this project was to work with: - create an understanding of what immaterial assets ServiceWell has, - increase ServiceWell´s competitiveness and facilitating commercialization of ServiceWell´s immaterial assets, - prevent ServiceWell from being involved in intellectual property disputes, - minimize risks in the development of new products and introduction in new markets, and - increase ServiceWell´s value (for example for sale). Service Well has gained knowledge and guidance in accordance with this objective.

Expected results and effects

Service Well has gained a better understanding of intellectual property rights and has also got tools for increasing Service Well´s competitiveness and facilitate commercialization of Service Well´s immaterial assets. Thus, Service Well will from now on be able to identify its immaterial assets more efficiently and avoid being involved in intellectual property disputes.

Planned approach and implementation

Service Well AB has made an inventory of immaterial assets, in order to gain a better understanding of which intangible assets Service Well has today. Service Well has during the project, through regular meetings with Patentlinq AB and Sipara AB, been given the opportunity to explain their business model and strategy. Measures have since been proposed to increase Service Well´s competitiveness through the use of intangible assets, in line with Service Well´s business strategy.
