The result is 40 ideas in, of which 2 have resulted in new services, 3 in patents, and 3 more will result in new patents! The project has succeeded in finding the structure and processes for how a patient innovation support system can / should work and it has also gained internal acceptance over the importance of patients as target group. The project resulted in a fully functioning patient innovation support system, including everything from idea reception to dissemination.

Expected results and effects

The project resulted in twice as many ideas of considerably higher quality than expected. The long-term effects of these ideas alone have a great potential where some have already been disseminated.
