Purpose and goal

The program shall: - Stimulate the development of innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs ) , while contributing to the innovation ability of these companies: 8.0 out of 10 - Provide those SMEs who have a desire and ability to grow , a quick and efficient access to funds that can help them with the help of external knowledge and technology to improve their competitiveness : 9.0 out of 10 - Promoting cooperation between SMEs, universities , research institutes, incubators , other actors in the innovation system and private consultants , nationally and regionally : 6.9 out of 10

Results and expected effects

The program shall lead to: More innovation project starts , and firms improve their profitability and partnerships , business models, etc. 7.8 out of 10 New networks and forms of collaboration arise that improve innovation in enterprises 6.3 out of 10 More innovations that create growth 7.7 out of 10 Improved capacity for innovation and innovation management 6.9 out of 10 More cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises, and external suppliers of knowledge and R & D 7.3 out of 10 Improved interaction between regional and national initiatives in the area of 6.5 out of 10

Approach and implementation

Many channels were used to reach out to SMEs throughout the country. In most cases, the SME had relatively clear ideas for projects, and the check was then used to start the project earlier, or to implement projects faster and with better quality. The need for counseling during the project period varied greatly.
