Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project has been to develop a novel approach to applicant screening so as to be able to achieve greater efficiency in this cumbersome area. Through the project, a digital and dynamic process has been created through which organizations can significantly reduce the administrative burden associated to recruiting without jeopardizing quality or candidate experience.
Expected results and effects
Through the Talent Indicator technology, the following values are created for users: -Increased attractiveness, relevance and interaction throughout the applicant experience - Increased efficiency in the initial screening of applicants, contextually specific to any position or employer - Quantitative measurability of the viability and yield of employed sourcing channels.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has been executed through multiple stages, including research, technical development and concept testing. The research has been conducted through interviews with world leading corporations and universities as well as through consultation regarding mathematical models. The technical development has included the TI concept, the User Interface, candidate tracking and data analysis. Concept testing was carried out through client-driven projects and isolated load, validity, and user experience tests.
