Purpose and goal

The feasibility study aimed to guarantee the commercial success of the IN-Motion, to minimize the risk of failure and to improve the chance and impact of success. This encompasses technical, financial and commercial perspectives. The project objective was met,a business plan was written and an application to the EIC Accelerator Pilot was submitted.

Expected results and effects

The information of the technical, commercial and financial feasibility was gathered, we developed a complete and solid business plan, including an enriched assessment of the technical and commercial opportunities and risks, a detailed description of the technical and commercial work packages, timeframe, planning of resources, communication measures, and regulatory and IP restraints. The outcome of the feasibility study is that we are well prepared for entering the european market.

Planned approach and implementation

The feasibility study comprised 4 tasks: 1. Evaluation of the technical feasibility 2. Evaluation of the commercial feasibility with in-depth analysis of the European fitness and physiotherapy markets and accurately quantify the addressable market, detect further partners that could support us for an efficient commercial deployment, and review the regulatory and IP scenario to unveil any undetected issue relevant to the extent of the project. 3.
