Funding from Vinnova SEK 1 660 000
Project duration March 2015 - September 2016
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

Our overarching goal was to integrate our existing apps - digital tools for implemntation and evaluation of evidence-based psychosocial programming - with a secure and legal service for transfer and storage of data and consequently be able to use the product in health care both in Sweden and internationally. Two important short-term goals have been to conduct extensive testing in clinical settings and to demonstrate our business plan.

Expected results and effects

Our integrated product has been launched and is released on Apple App Store. Approximately 120 clinicians from all over Sweden have been engaged to test the product and we have consequently received valuable feedback which will further the ongoing improvement and development. The testers believe the product has a great potential and most of them have been able to start and carry through with psychosocial treatment with support from the product.

Planned approach and implementation

The product development has been an iterative process in which feedback from the testers has provided the basis for improvement and development which in turn has been tested again. Together with the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions we have conducted a joint project in which clinicians from all over Sweden has been engaged to manage psychosocial treatment with support form the product and they have also supported their colleagues to get going.
