Purpose and goal

Impact Coach is a training course for mentors and business coaches that caters to individuals linked to incubators and independent mentors. The course starts from the question: What if every interaction with enterpreneurs you coach would make a difference? Participants receive tools to create meetings with entrepreneurs where both parties grow, as well as a national network of Impact Coaches. We exceeded our target of 6 participants (3 incubators), with 10 participants (10 locations). We have invested in the design of the course and have a detailed program and exercises for the 1.5 days

Results and expected effects

We had a full course with 10 coaches from 10 different workplaces and 7 cities. Most paid the full price for the pilot and thus price level was tested and deemed appropriate. All participants would recommend the course to colleagues, and according to the evaluation 85% of the participants wants to be contacted again to give colleagues / friends information about the next course. We also have two requests to make courses locally in different regions, as well as two interest to next Impact Coach course.

Approach and implementation

The course is organized in two days and inbetween participants get a homework assignment and a study-buddy to share experiences with. The first day we spent focusing on theircurrent situation, the desired vision and the tools to get there. The second session focused on deepening knowledge and creating stronger relationships between the participants to establish a permanent network. The participants appreciated to meet other coaches and develop their national network.
