Purpose and goal

Proposal / Plan on future organization and processes - fulfilled Proposal / plan processes to engage / involve actors - partially fulfilled Identification of skills needed for changing organization culture - fulfilled Identification of changes in the policy and regulatory framework needed to facilitate innovation - Partially achieved Resource requirements and implementation costs. This will form the basis for new priorities in the budget. - Partially achieved.

Expected results and effects

Organisation and future work, defined by an application to Idésluss 2.0. Testing two tools to develop ideas: design thinking and Appreciative Inquiry. New leadership programs under development. Identification of the need for change in the policy and regulatory framework partly finished. Budget and finance system to be reviewed. Method to sample / test / new ideas tested. Innovation policy ie review of the regulatory system. Internal innovation fund of about 10 million has been formed. Innovation economy thinking under development.

Mapping the current situation gave us a good overview of the status Innovation management steering committee workshops - gave input on how the organization can be involved Innovation leaders - provided input on how we can work with mindset and attitude How do we form innovation team provided input on how to form and run teams Methodology for Innovation process - provided the framework for a process, from idea to implementation. Funding - how do we get financial commitment for innovation? Communication - how to disseminate results?
