Purpose and goal

There´s innovation potential that is not being utilized by the municipality on the day riding schools. There are opportunities to develop new solutions that promote riding school needs. Interest from the Equipsterian Federation is available. It requires external resources to develop these as riding schools do not have the ability to dedicate staff to the type of activity. Projects carrying out an activity directed is the risk that one never reaches the implementation when funding runs out. The municipality can contribute to innovation by changing the approach to the riding school

Results and expected effects

The following results were 1) an informal platform of stakeholders based on mapping has been produced as to include in future projects, 2) the possibility that innovation proposals will be included in future development, no implementation plan for a future project has been designed. However, there are many of Vinnova´s calls to be fit for innovation development in the riding school, 3) approximately 10 suggestions for activities that have potential to be implemented in the riding school and the municipalities. Riding school contributes to many of the social challenges facing society.
