Purpose and goal
This project has developed the On Demand services of HAWC International AB as a scalable cloud solution for the professional post-production of film. The project has fulfilled the milestones outlined in the project plan and thereby secured elasticity and scalability from a technical perspective.
Results and expected effects
The project has been successfully completed. As a result of this a scalable and dynamic technology is in place. This is of key importance as it allows users and customers to work and collaborate in multi-region ventures across continents.
Approach and implementation
R&D collaboration between HAWC and UmU has been gratifying. The results of the research efforts are of vital importance and thoroughly documented. The research team now has a deeper understanding of how research can add value in a commercial business context.
