Purpose and goal

The overall objective of the project was to develop processes to effectively translate customer and component requirements to a defined production process. The hardest and most critical part concerns introduction of simulating and modeling to the company. At the same time, it is a necessary part of the future to offer the market the right products and services. The processes have tested at development of a demonstrator. This project is indicative of future working methods

Results and expected effects

The company managed to develop a process that describes how we as a company do to take care of customers´ overall user requirements and demands image component be deeply now works for the following qualifying stages, system qualification, method qualification and qualification at article level. The effect of the simulating is better than we thought. It turned out that the simulating work paid off faster than the company counted on, which meant that the work of the demonstrator was really good. The demonstrator was according to of experienced assessors approved.

Approach and implementation

The company chose to develop a model that describes how to work with the simulating. The model assumes Work groups with the following issue. How will the vane and conclusion sheets look like in each step to the end result will be according to the established model and drawing? Take into account what we know analyzing new data provide new evidence for the simulating. Input data is fed into the simulating model, some items. material data, material thermal properties, welding parameters. After Performed simulating results are analyzed and, if necessary change simulating parameters.
