Purpose and goal
The purpose is to learn medtech companies everything they need to start exporting their products on an international market. The aim is that more companies should start selling product abroad than before. They should also get valuable contacts during the programme.
Results and expected effects
One of the companies in the programme has been exporting their products with great success since the start of the programme, Zenicor Medical Systems. They are now exporting to 4 countries outside of Sweden. The rest of the companies are in differens stages preparing for launch or marketing themselves. One company are launching i Nordics during autumn 2013 and the rest of Europe in 2014. One company have been likvidated because of lack of funding.
Approach and implementation
The programme was delivered in 5 occassions, two for US market, One for Europe and one for Asia. The final occassion was about financing and support.
