Important results from the project

The purpose is to show that the product works, and that there is a need in the market. We have increased sales this year so far towards 2020 (372 tsek compered to 47) The product can be manufactured in an environmentally friendly plastic with similar properties. Which "plastic" has not been decided as there is uncertainty about what should be used as there are no clear standards in the field. We can develop the "wound healing chamber" so that we can make it possible for inspection / cleaning without changing it. We can make variants with different aeration / breathing to optimize .

Expected long term effects

We have shown that a little marketing multiplies sales. We receive without (minimal) outreach activities inquiries from other countries Holland Indien and UK. The product can be manufactured sold by a margin especially with an increase in volume. It can be further developed to generation 2 which can be more environmentally friendly. and more useful inspection and wound chambers. We have just started there are about 360 thousand horses in Sweden and 58 million in the world - most are injured about once a year - there is no equally good product on the market - the market is huge.

Approach and implementation

Due the pandemic, we could not conduct any trade fairs and few direct customer visits. We have focused on phone and email contact. We have noticed by magazines and by Almi create award, young talents and reached the final in Buisness Challange. This has help us reach the market very well also internationally. We work with quotes for companies in Holland, UK and India. Environmentally friendly plastic and gene. 2 has been investigated through studies and contact with manufacturers, we need to know more how the market reacts to what is environmental plastic as it is not a standardized concept.
