Purpose and goal
The purpose with the project was to disseminate from successful projects in the Joining & Forming area. The goals were: - to disseminate from selected projects - to inform about the recent and on-going activities in the cluster - to reach out with this info to the companies in the vehicle industry
Results and expected effects
The results were that two well-planned seminar days were held, one in Gothenburg and one in Stockholm, where some 15 projects presented results. Many new ideas were created during the following discussions and reflections. The seminars also created new contacts between participants. All of this will be beneficial for the future.
Approach and implementation
The seminars were divided into separate sessions Joining and Forming. Some projects had slightly longer and deeper presentations, while other were directed more towards gathering the collected knowledge from 2-3 projects in an area. The presentations were 20-30 minutes long and there were possibilities to ask questions and discuss results. In the end of each session, there was a discussion on what projects that were missing, i.e. needed to be done now. The set-up for these days worked well and should be repeated, but, with more time set for discussions as commented in the evaluations.
