Purpose and goal

On June 7, 2017, the first edition of Stockholm Fashion Tech Talks took place at Fotografiska, a day of lectures and discussions on the fusion of fashion and technology. We brought together the best scientists and business leaders, innovators and motivators and the world’s foremost visionaries in their fields. Stockholm Fashion Tech Talks is initiated and organized by Patriksson Communication in collaboration with ASFB.

Expected results and effects

We want Stockholm Fashion Tech Talks to be an integral part of the symposium week program and to place Stockholm as the most creative and technology driven city in Europe. Our mission and goal was to attract the foremost visionaries with fashion and technology with was achieved with best possible result.

Planned approach and implementation

The day started with a keynote from Minister of Enterprise and Innovation; Mikale Damberg and followed by a conversation with business leader Cristina Stenbeck and followed by program with is built around is the industry, the consumer, and the actual clothes we wear, affected by fast and simultaneous development in fields such as wearable technology, materials innovation, big data and artificial intelligence and how the fashion system will transform the coming years.
