EyeDoc ADR

Purpose and goal

The aim was to develop a communications module for product EyeDoc that could withstand many parallel service contract without hard-coding them in EyeDoc. This, together with an address for service to search every pending to be sent. These modules are now available in EyeDoc and goes to deliver technical, but we need to fill and configure content more manually via consulting project than planned.

Results and expected effects

The functions developed in this project is already in the project to the customer and made our offerings more competitive. Thanks to the function has specific customer requirements can be satisfied and we have strengthened EyeDocs market position. Thanks to this project, we are now able to go out with a subscription offer for the official forms to our county clients.

Approach and implementation

Before the project, we had a pretty clear terms of reference and a proposed solution. During development, customer feedback has been received as to some extent affected the development, so that it more in line with what customers want. However, we have still made sure that our vision of what EyeDoc to cope stood firm. Thanks to this project, we now have dialogues at the national level where EyeDoc now have the ability to resolve and eligible for features that were not possible before. In total we have in the project used the 3295 hours against planned 2930 hours
