Important results from the project
The aim of the project is to enable KI Innovations to share experience with other incubators in general and those within life science in particular.
Expected long term effects
A very noticeable outcome of Erfarenhetsutbyte för inkubatorer is that KI Innovations from 2018 is part of VINNOVA´s excellence program. In the various experience exchanges, we have been able to share experiences, knowledge and know-how as well as gained inspiration from everything from processes to value propositions and business models that have been a significant part of the continued development and continued work of KI Innovation´s incubator DRIVE.
Approach and implementation
KI Innovations aims to participate at the experience sharing meetings organized by SISP. In addition, we have a continuous dialogue with the incubators within ALIS (Association of Life Science Incubators in Sweden). The experience sharing deals with a number of questions including selection criteria, value proposition and exit strategies.
