Expected results and effects

The project has already led to a first pilot has been installed and demonstrated in a first property. This pilot is planned to be further developed during 2016/17, with services in areas such as property management, tenant comfort and health in cooperation with the municipal health care. Thanks to SHAPE´s open interfaces services from various companies can be connected to the apartment´s sensors and actuators. The project has also successfully demonstrated the benefits of SHAPE within property management and IMD and are now conducting development for several customers.

Planned approach and implementation

The project was divided into 3 parts. 1 Prepare for the first pilot. We were appointed to do a pilot installation at the customer that has already been demonstrated. 2 Get IMD service to work through SHAPE. The project has been able to demonstrate that SHAPE is a good working platform for IMD services that also create value through the ability to expand with more services. 3 The project has not only studied tomorrow´s smarter IMD system, but has also built a prototype app for tenant with both visualization and steering of the apartment´s electricity and energy consumers.
