Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project is to develop a plan for commercialization and internationalization of the EasyAngle. Based on interviews with customers, distributors and other parties and based on Meloq´s vision and values a business plan has been developed. This has been the foundation of the commercialization that has already commenced.
Expected results and effects
The outcome has exceeded expectations. Not only has a business plan for commercialization of the EasyAngle been developed, but during the project we also found good partners which has made it possible to quickly start the implementation of the commercialization plan. This has resulted in that the EasyAngle is already commercially available in Sweden, Norway, Finland, France and Switzerland today.
Planned approach and implementation
The implementation has been very efficient as a plan was already done in the application. Interwiews with customers, distributors and other parties was done and based on this and the values and vision of Meloq a plan for commercialization of the EasyAngle has been developed. During the interviews we got in touch with several distributors and we have started collaboration with a few selected partners.
