Purpose and goal

The project has supported the project Drive Sweden Test Site Stockholm and the start-up of a test and demo site for self-driving vehicles for shared mobility in Stockholm. The project has contributed to increased knowledge about technical, regulative, user, business, and policy related questions and requirements so that selfdriving vehicles can be used in an effective and sustainable way. The project has contributetd to coordination of demo and test activities within Drive Sweden for Stockholm/Kista. The project has also derived a roadmap for future work.

Expected results and effects

- a testsite in terms of a ´reality lab´ w here partners and other organisations can test, demonstrate and assess the effects of new technique, services and business models for self driving vehicles has been started. - two coordinated demo activities has been performed. - several prestudies in both technical and service related areas has been performed. - a roadmap for future work has been derived.

Planned approach and implementation

The project was be lead by a project leader and a coordinating team with one member from each project part. The project leader reports continuously to the program coordinator of Drive Sw eden, Jan Hellåker. The coordinating team meet on a regular basis. During the project, several areas o finterest have been identified, and prestudies or investigations has been performed. The prestudies has led to the start-up of new projects och to demonstration activities.
