Purpose and goal
Fidesmo participated in the VINN NU program to increase knowledge about the market for ticketing systems, broaden their network of early stage investors, and test the Fidesmo Service in a live environment. This has been accomplished except for the test in a live environment, that will happen later this year.
Results and expected effects
Fidesmo participated at TechCrunch Disrupt NY and the presentation was widely spread in the ticketing and smart card industries for its reolutionizing solution where every phone becomes a ticket vending machine, and one card can replace all different cards globally. We have also finalized our offering and are ready for pilots in a live environment.
Approach and implementation
Fidesmos technology has several uses. During the year, the company has defined its strategy for the first product offering for smart cards for tickets for public transport. With the Fidesmos service, consumers can check and top up their cards for public transport with their cell phones. Fidesmo´s ambition is to launch its service in selected Swedish cities during the year.
