Purpose and goal

The aim and objectives of the project have been fullfilled: - to explore the conditions for creating a sustainable innovative test environment for the development of a digital infrastructure for school development at the School of Malmö Latin in relation to the project ´Model School for education for sustainable development´. Malmö Latin and initially two more schools will be included in the test environment. - to contribute to developing digital methods and solutions for supporting processes for colleagual learning, development and evaluation of innovative pedagogical methods.

Results and expected effects

Outcome - result: 1) A formulation of: - Aims and effects: more focus on effects of the test environment like developing av strategy for innovation for sustainable development and a business model. - Users: the teachers are the primary users, shown in three teacher-personas. - Processes: focus on pedagogical development as cocreative designprocesses. 2) A concept for a digital structure and solutions - focus on knowledge sharing and achievement of learning objectives 3) Collaboration partners: newcomers are the cluster Media Evolution and the innovation studio Unsworn Industries

Approach and implementation

The planning project has been carried out by using a process model for innovation: focus - experience - learn from others - create - insist. Most of the work has been done in the phases: - experience: User studies - interviews and focus groups with teachers and students, evaluation of the existing digital structure. -create: to develop and test ideas in a pilote: a tactile-digital support structure for pedagogical planning. - insist: Planning the test environment and learning: what is a test environment?
