Purpose and goal

The purpose of this project is to support the FFI program by lifting up issues of common interest that has great impact on the business. Support FFI programs and Automotive Security and Privacy projects by monitoring w ork in Standardization committees, interest groups and other cybersecurity activities. Support programs and the projects by continuously reviewing related research and market trends relevant for all FFI partners. Transfer results to educational and competence increasing initiatives (university courses, industrial competence development activities).

Expected results and effects

Three FFI conferences and several workshops. Increased knowledge and understanding among practitioners by producing: a. Easily accessible summaries of research within the program. b. Dissemination of the state of the art knowledge in the field, both within and outside the automotive industry c. Integration with academic (and industrial) education d. Coordinated standardization supervision in order to protect the Swedish automotive industry and related academic partners

Planned approach and implementation

The project consists of four work packages 1. Standardisation surveillance that aims to coordinate and adapt the industrial and academic achievements and interests related to the automotive industry security and privacy 2. Monitoring of research and markndstrender 3. Dissemination of knowledge through an annual conference and workshops 4. Information and skills transfer of relevant programs results to industry, academia (researchers and students) and the general public
