Purpose and goal
The aim of the project is to review, update and to further develop the reporting system of the National Incubator program; ”Inkrapp”. We will review the functionality and the required sets of data to secure the quality of the collected data and that the data meets the requirements of Vinnova and other stakeholders. In addition, improved user experience is a main focus, as a result of the project we expect the users to more independently use the system both for reporting and as well as benchmarking for learning and development purposes.
Expected results and effects
As a result of the project we expect a functional, user friendly and value-adding reporting and benchmarking system. The expected impact of a common tool for reporting and benchmarking is to secure the monitoring, analysis and forecasting possibilities based on the system’s unique data collection as well as extend the incubators’ learning and development possibilities, thus strengthen the incubators individually and collectively.
Planned approach and implementation
WP 1: Technical development development of the reporting system, implementation of identified improvements and updates. WP 2: Write and communicate user manuals, Q&As and other educational material WP 3: Implementation and 1st incubator reporting with the updated system testing the system! WP 4: Assessment and further adjustments of reporting system and educational material
