Development of Gamified employee survey

Purpose and goal

The project´s aim has been to investigate the possibilities of using gamification in the implementation of employee survey, with a view to facilitating the flow of participating employees, managers and HR managers. The feasibility study has highlighted the threats and opportunities, given the example of how a solution could look like based on interviews with market experts and an internal steering group with extensive experience in employee surveys and its problems.

Results and expected effects

Based on discussions with the steering groups, we have developed a proposal with help of gamification / GUI improvements / process improvements / technology improvements with are trying to meet the needs that we believe the future organization and interviewees expressed. The project has developed a model with sketches and screenshots showing how the product will have gamifierade torque. The proposal will be the basis for, and provide recommendations for the development of the new product.

Approach and implementation

The feasibility study has included several methods to gain knowledge of the theory of the field, customers and users. Among other things, interviews with leaders in the field gamification from universities and industry. Interviews have been made with clients and project owners for employee surveys. 7 interviews with HR-manager, 8 gamificationexperter and an internal steering group contributed to the analysis. The feasibility study has given a stakeholder analysis, a swotanalys, a situation analysis, a Moscowanalys and PENG analysis.
