Purpose and goal
The projects goal was to develop a strategy to identify and handle the companies IP assets.
Expected results and effects
We are going to use the final report to guide our decisions in the coming months and years.
Planned approach and implementation
In the project we reviewed the existing IP portfolio, identified key IP assets and identified possible licensees and competitors. Moreover, we discussed possibilities for improvement of the patent portfolio.
