Depth Engine - Nya algoritmer för time-of-flight kameror

Purpose and goal

The aim of the project is to increase Optronic´s competitive ability by combining novel knowledge in algorithms into a software platform with capability to process raw data from time-of-flight sensors.

Expected results and effects

The project should result in an international lead for Optronic by improving the quality of range data and by offering a lower initial step for the customers. Optronic should thereby be capable of offering new competitive camera solutions on an international market.

Planned approach and implementation

The project will be managed by Optronic but with scientific support from Luleå University of Technology. Thereby the project should in a scientific manner develop new algorithms and create a software platform.
