Purpose and goal

Data-driven coordination means that actors within an organization, and between organizations, share data to coordinate their activities. Most of the coordination today does not take place based on shared data. One reason for this is organizational in its nature. Databases are often context specific. The goal of the project was to develop knowledge in the field of data-driven coordination and build tools for practitioners. The project met the expectations summarized in the report. Several papers have been presented at conferences and published, referenced in the report.

Expected results and effects

Through the project, the scientific research front has been moved forward at the same time as the application of the project´s industrial partners has shown that there are great values but also many obstacles that require extensive continued efforts. Project results are presented in six areas: 1. Dynamic identity and evidenced claims 2. Knowledge and development needs 3. Blockchain taxonomy 4. An evidence-based partnership selection approach 5. Characterising software dependencies 6. Volvo internal preparations
