The idea of the project is to develop a concept where flexible manufacturing is performed by the support of cooperating structures. The term structures describes robots, machines or humans, cooperating in work operations. The project refers to manufacturing that is mainly performed manually today such as assembly, nailing or welding, and where the cooperating structures work around the product. The project will produce new principles to radically automate work that are mainly manual today.
