Clean climate systems save energy

Purpose and goal

OCO AB has run a relatively short project aimed to develop a method and equipment for cleaning of climate systems (heating & cooling). The goal has been a developed method and equipment to create greater interest among corporate customers and thus increase the number of assignments for OCO AB. The project was run in the autumn of 2014. The project resulted in both developed methods and developed new equipment to create a better offer to the market.

Results and expected effects

At the end of 2014 we have seen a clear rise in the number of projects undertaken and commissioned. We even managed to get the approval of our cleaning method from an environmental perspective from one of Sweden´s largest real estate companies, which we see as an important strategic step in our market development.

Approach and implementation

The project was quite small in terms of both calendar time and hours spent. We started from the original strategy and it proved to work well. During the project we tried to limit the administrative part in order to gain as much as possible based on the set budget. The project was carried out according to the following a) Collect team and set common vision b) Nail activity plan with team c) Carry out activities and follow up d) Evaluate the results of implemented activities and take decisions for the continuation e) Proceed with the establishment
