Important results from the project
The purpose of the project is to contribute to the increased number of financed and realized internet -related startups/projects in Sweden. In 2014 the the ambition is to focus on the following, measurable, goals: 1. Deliver IDD Malmö, Stockholm and at least one additional location 2. Deliver Swedish Startup Sessions at IND14 3. Deliver a relevant research report within the frame of the project
Expected long term effects
Catalysator aims at contributing to increasing the number of financed and realized internet-related startups/projects in Sweden. This shall be achieved by continuously arrange functional meeting places where stakeholders within the entrepreneur/startup/investment eco-system can meet, collaborate and extend their professional networks. Through our events and arrangements we have reached over 1000 stakeholders and created a space for them to extend networks and cross pollinate each other.
Approach and implementation
The project group consists of a project manager, an event manager, a communicator and external stakeholders/organizations. Every event is planned in detail in a separate event plan. Every part of the project is evaluated and analyzed by pre-defined measurable points/goals. .SE applies the project management system PPS (Tieto) Planning and execution have run according to plan and external resources have delivered the expected results.
