Important results from the project
The goal was to increase the attractiveness of Careerdate for future clients and investors by proving the concept under real market conditions. This goal was reached for the most part.
Expected long term effects
The platform was perceived in a positive way by both companies and job seekers. The usability testing in cooperation with the Fresenius University gave valuable insights into how users interact on the platform and showed us areas of improvement. Company questionnaires and feedback were used to improve the user experience and to add new features. First discussions with potential investors were initiated and show a positive outlook.
Approach and implementation
The project consisted of 4 main parts. 1. Verifying that the platform and concept work. 2. Establishing new client contacts and set up of a sales organization. 3. Generating users. 4. Searching for potential investors / partners and preparation for these conversations.
