Funding from Vinnova SEK 100 000
Project duration January 2016 - December 2017
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

1. Be a player in the National Incubator Program (Vinnova Excellence) 2. Have innovation support activities throughout the county 3. Ensure that players in need of Innovation Support resources know where to turn 4. Have a clear offer for "Customers", ie, Localities, Regions, Business Universities and Individual Ideas and innovators. 5. Based on the Project Area / Landing Area for Projects and Initiatives 6. Identify clear and long-term partnerships / agreements between system operators in the middle north.

Expected results and effects

1. The incubator is not part of the national incubator program. However, the incumbent has received long-term basic financing of the business, which is a prerequisite for future participation in the national program 2. In an ERDF project, we operate throughout the county. 3. Based a clearer structure together with ALMI and business offices. 4. Not really in the goal of the task yet. 5. May be an effect of new ownership conditions. 6. Ongoing discussions on cooperation with MiUN + possible excellence with Åkroken. In 2018 a Norwegian Startup exchange program will begin

Planned approach and implementation

We have clarified Inkbuatorn´s core business as Support for start-up companies as well as building a successful start-up scene in Jämtland. The latter is done in a collaborative project with ALMI, Region JH, 6 business offices and an association of the larger companies in the region. The incubator is the project owner. The incubator has awarded expert support to the 10 companies we have in the incubator in 10 different areas.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
