Purpose and goal

Permit at a keystroke’s (Får Jag Lov?-project) main objective was to, within a near future, develop digital services supposed to stimulate urban development in relation to the management of permit and building processes. The project has methodically highlighted relevant information that in various ways can facilitate this in an effective way for all parties. Increasing the knowledge of converting an analogue management to digital should be seen as essential. Furthermore, identifying and communicate possible barriers to a seamless digital environment and digital development.

Expected results and effects

Of a total 55 goals, 51 have been reached. The goals that the project could not address have been outside the mandate of the project. Examples of such issues are linked to standardization and law. With that said, the project has been very much a success as it has addressed problems through six different parallel processes of tests, simulations and analyzations that has proved the question formulation, that to digitize the permit and building process, is technically possible.

Planned approach and implementation

The project has had almost thirty project partners who, together with different efforts and backgrounds, have met together in a number of parallel tracks. This has particularly placed very high demands on project managers and on synchronizing different parties’ key merits and incentives to participate. The project jump-started whereas a number of organizations could not handle (difficult to get available people in a short time, etc.), which was solved by the project largely working methodically and consciously along an agile innovation model.
