Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project was to verify the product idea -BisMatch a digital platform for buying and selling SME-companies. The goal is to radically change the rules in the market för business transactions by an increased automatization, easy and fast to use and high availability at a low price! The goal of the project was to validate the business model of a digital company broker including a prototype ready for further development into a finished product. Included in our work have also been to identify and to analyze all processes in order to find areas of improvement.

Results and expected effects

The outcome of the project is a prototype that will be the framework for further development into a full-scale site - BisMatch, a digital company broker. The expected advantages of this site are that it will be easier for small- and medium sized companies to fins buyers and to execute the transactions at a much lowe cost that with comparable alternatives in the market as for example legal- and transaction costs. The result will be more transactions will take place in this market space of small- and medium-sized companies.

Approach and implementation

The setup has been to finalize a product specification and receive feed-back from lawyers, entrepreneurs, private and institutional investors. This input has been revised several times together with a established web-agency specialized in business development in combination with user-friendly web develeopment. The result is a finished prototype theat will the foundation for further development into a full-scale site with all the functionality that will be included in BisMatch.
