Purpose and goal
Learning from innovations in nature to make everyone healthier: emphasis on nature’s designs and methods for biomedical research. Work according to “the Medicii effect” will facilitate innovative thinking and create interactions between different disciplines.
Expected results and effects
Initiate interactions and collaboration between researchers within different disciplines (such as human medicine, basic research, veterinarian medicine, zoology, ecology, botany, biology) and discuss how biomimetic research can improve future applications and designs for sustainable development of a healthier world.
Planned approach and implementation
2.5 days of Nobel conference with lectures of internationally leading researchers within different disciplines followed by an interactive "the Medici" workshop according to the concept "diversity drives innovation".
