Important results from the project

MIOO is a subscription service for bicycle service. Bike Buddies (mechanics) bikes to the customer and delivers the service which is administered via MIOO´s app which is built for iOS and Android. MIOO wants to make cycling easy and meet the needs of future cyclists for accessibility. The purpose of the project is to integrate MIOO´s platform with APIs from Smart Bicycle Locks. The goal achieved with the project was to integrate Smart bike lock with MIOO´s app, with an attractive and user-friendly interface and create a test bed of users to evaluate the solution.

Expected long term effects

The result and expected effects of the project were that the frontend for the solution is now integrated in the MIOO app and which can gradually be developed into a sharp MVP on the market for 2021. A further results during the project is that MIOO has reached close to 1000 paying and active subscribers.

Approach and implementation

Project implementation - Creative phase - Registration of interest / survey pilot group 100 test locks - Interactive infrastructure of solution - UX & UI Design - Programming - Development of code for iOS and Android - Tests - Implementation in the app - Q&A Quality assurance and ongoing support of test beds - Project completion The project has progressed according to plan. The work process has been based on weekly meetings via Google meets, as well as iterative processes and lean-start up. Due to Covid, all workshop work has taken place via digital meetings.
