Purpose and goal
The aim of the present project is to map, evaluate and develop the current production processes currently in practice by Blackwing Sweden AB. According to company needs, a list of directives will be assembled towards automating as many parts of the production as possible.
Expected results and effects
A successful project outcome will have a significant impact in the company’s production rates, therefore to the company’s competitiveness. A functional workshop with optimized workflow will improve the manufacturing lead times, simplify the tasks of the stuff and overall reduce the manufacturing costs of the company’s aircraft. The implementation of automation will in turns provide grounds for stable quality control and, as previously, reduce manufacturing times and simplify the stuff’s tasks.
