Important results from the project

The project goal was to develop an MVP-application for recording of users face and voice. This app will enable us to pursue further development of the same product as onboarding users to this app will open up a stream of data that will allow us to make data-driven and informed decisions in further development. This goal has been achieved through user testing that has been conducted on the app, where data also has been collected for further development.

Expected long term effects

The expected result of the project was to release an MVP-application in a closed community of end users and thereafter be able to gather data from this community for further development. This would have enable the company to have a much closer and concrete dialogue with the community with regards to which functionality to be added in order to reach a competitive product. This result and efffect has been reached. We have now a dataset of features that are wanted by the end users, which we can now focus on developing.

Approach and implementation

The project methodology was agile product development using weekly sprints. A subset of the total functionality will be designed, developed and later released in a first iteration to end users. We will then gather inputs from end users and incorporate said feedback in the next iteration release along with a new subset of functionality. This process process has been successfully executed.
