Important results from the project

The objective of the project was to develop Aumla´s interactive platform for companies and organizations to offer their employees online training, health-checks and individual coaching. During the project, the following components of the platform were developed: 1) 3 digital programs were launched: The optimal home office, a training program, and a dietary program. 2) Agreements in place with Linkura (overall health coaching) and Belly Balance (dieticians) to be able to offer health-checks and coaching

Expected long term effects

The Optimal home office program was sold to seven new clients during the project period. A total of 685 employees gained access to it. Initial user feedback has been very positive (n=25): 100% would recommend the program to a colleague 92% said the program had contributed to their personal productivity 85% said that the program contributed to their job satisfaction The training program has been purchased by 340 employees with their wellness grant. The dietary program has been purchased by 21 employees with their wellness grant.

Approach and implementation

The project included 3 different phases: needs analysis, production of digital programs, and program pilot & launch. The need´s analysis verified the demand for online health and wellbeing programs, which strengthened the existing business model. Agreements with seven new clients also proved the relevance of the platform. A clear partner model was established as part of the project, which enables Aumla to develop the platform to also include coaching. Initial customer satisfaction results have clearly demonstrated program relevance and market fit.
