The purpose is therefore to contribute to an improved and increased collaboration. R2B is based on the need to improve the utilization process and has through a consciousn practical and learning consideredto fulfillt purpose and goals.

Expected results and effects

R2B is a powerful tool for increased understanding of utilization. As a researcher, pushing the process towards commercialization is not a given part of the professional role. Against this background, R2B´s activities is indirectly a learning experience that provides insights. A fast-moving environment makes R2B even more relevant. There are few companies that have the time or resources to get in touch with higher education institutions in general or be able to take part in the latest and most interesting research in particular. With R2B companies get a national continuity of contacts

Planned approach and implementation

R2B operates with a time horizon of > 10 years. A wide approach has taken place for all the issues that needed to be in focus, not least in terms of the changing driving forces and conditions of the stakeholders. Experimentation, dynamism, commitment and increased insights into the uniqueness of the mission have characterized the development. A number of solutions, activities, tools and organizational forms have been tested, which has yielded returns both operationally and policy-wise. The project strives for collaborative learning where the process is more important than reporting.
